Job brief

We are seeking an energetic Account Manager to act as the primary bridge between Convergen and our key clients, driving satisfaction, strategy alignment, and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client communications and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Media Buyers, Designers, Devs) to meet deadlines.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable briefs and campaign roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing client accounts in a digital agency environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills (Fluent in French & English).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
