We are looking for a Full-Stack Creative Designer with advanced AI Video Generation and Motion Design expertise. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design fundamentals with exceptional skills in AI-powered video production, animation, and motion graphics. They must be able to transform creative concepts into high-quality, realistic, and engaging visual content using advanced AI technologies and professional motion design techniques.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, advertising campaigns, and branding.
Produce AI-generated videos using advanced video generation models, transforming creative briefs into professional, visually compelling content.
Master AI video motion techniques, including realistic movement, camera movements, cinematic transitions, character animation, lip-sync, and scene continuity.
Control and refine AI-generated motion to achieve smooth, natural movements, consistent characters, realistic interactions, and precise visual results.
Use reference images and videos to maintain character identity, product accuracy, composition, and visual consistency across scenes.
Combine AI-generated footage with professional video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and post-production.
Develop innovative creative concepts and optimize AI-powered workflows for efficient, high-quality production.
Continuously explore and test emerging AI video models, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in AI video generation, AI motion design, and professional video production, supported by a strong portfolio.
Advanced hands-on expertise with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, and other leading AI video generation platforms.
Strong understanding of AI video prompting, motion control, camera direction, keyframes, image-to-video, video-to-video, and reference-based generation.
Ability to generate realistic human movements, facial expressions, character interactions, product animations, and cinematic camera movements.
Expertise in maintaining identity consistency, avoiding visual artifacts, controlling motion, and ensuring continuity between shots.
Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant motion design and video-editing software.
Solid graphic design skills, with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

Priority skill: Advanced AI video and motion generation. We are looking for someone who understands not only how to generate AI videos, but how to direct, control, refine, and produce professional-quality motion with AI.
